man, man, man. It was a long way to get here, which is far from over. Started as a one-man show with more luck than sense, we have developed into an agency with all important areas.

Our customers are at the heart of society. Companies with 1 to 300 employees - from 0$ turnover to 3-digit million amounts. From the industrial company to the craftsman next door and also the new founder with big visions. How does this balancing act work? Because we know all sides and the in-between. What sets us apart? Nothing. Because that's where I come from and that's what I had when I founded this company.

That must have been around 2008. I came back from an internship abroad and needed a part-time job to be able to finance my business studies. Financial support from home? none. Contacts in the student city? No.

Since I designed my first love letters with PowerPoint back then and always developed graphics as a hobby, it made sense to earn money with my hobby.

Let's make it short - the path from a small, unskilled designer to the current company constellation and president of the largest professional association for marketing in Miami-Florida went through an abandoned course, zero contacts in the economy, no experience in the agency business , several failed business ideas, lost business partners and countless attempted acquisition talks as well as several hundred customers.

Because, as the founder and managing director, I come from almost the very bottom and I know how difficult it is to build something up or manage it lucratively that you really care about, I can advise companies and the people behind them perfectly.
